Ezetimibe and Gemfibrozil
The safety and effective use of Zetia (ezetimibe) when coadministered with fibric acid derivatives such as gemfibrozil or clofibrate has not been established. Until further data are available to support efficacy and safety, ezetimibe is not recommended for use with gemfibrozil. Fibrates may increase cholesterol excretion into the bile, leading to cholelithiasis. The incidence rates for cholecystectomy have been reported as 0.6% for fenofibrate monotherapy and 1.7% for combination therapy (ezetimibe plus fenofibrate), respectively.
Clopidogrel and Trazodone
Since trazodone can decrease platelet aggregation (thin the blood) due to its effect on serotonin, there is an increased the risk of a bleeding complication in patients receiving otherplatelet inhibitors such as clopidogrel. Patients should be instructed to monitor for signs and symptoms of bleeding while taking trazodone concurrently with an antiplatelet medication and to promptly report any bleeding events to their doctor.I wouldn't consider either of these to be any real major interaction. Just something to keep an eye out for.
