Yes, you can take any Coricidin HBP product with ibuprofen as there is no listed or reported interaction between the two.

It is important to note that there are many different varieties of Coricidin HBP products. These include:

Coricidin HBP Chest Congestion & Cough

  • Guaifenesin (expectorant)
  • Dextromethorphan (cough suppressant)

Coricidin HBP Cold & Flu

  • Acetaminophen (pain reliever)
  • Chlorpheniramine (antihistamine)

Coricidin HBP Cough & Cold

  • Dextromethorphan (cough suppressant)
  • Chlorpheniramine (antihistamine)

Coricidin HBP Night Time

    • Acetaminophen (pain reliever)
    • Dextromethorphan (cough suppressant)
    • Chlorpheniramine (antihistamine)

    Coricidin HBP Flu

    As you can see, the Coricidin brand of products contain a variety of ingredients to help relieve cough/cold symptoms. All products are decongestant free.
